Return Policy

Items shipped from Ppepack.com and/or Galaxy Trading Enterprise Corp Warehouse, may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. These different policies will be disclosed on the product’s page.
Items that can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Use our email Ppepack.com and/or Galaxy Trading Enterprise Corp and request an RMA Authorization Number. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 4 business days for the refund to be processed and 5-7 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Your return label may require you to return the item at your own expense. Ppepack.com and/or Galaxy Trading Enterprise Corp will automatically refund shipping or return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed the estimated amount, we may contact you to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full item cost, taxes plus postage cost, as well as your Import fees once your return is processed.

Medical Equipment, masks, respirators and gloves and such are not returnable to PPEPACK.COM AND/OR GALAXY TRADING ENTERPRISE CORP and may be refundable. Only when these items are received defective or damaged with “REFUND-MA” authorization code, you may receive a refund.

• Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable to PPEPACK.
• Contact PPEPACK directly for service, warranty, return, and if authorized a RMA authorization number must be created for acceptance at our warehouse.
